Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the room QR code or enter a PIN and use everything through the browser — no installation, no account.

What does staff need to get started?

Just a browser. All notifications, requests and chats appear in the control panel.

Do I need a PMS to use Xenia Assist?

No. You can start immediately; PMS integrations are optional and can be enabled any time.

Which PMS are supported?

We connect with 17+ systems: Mews, Octorate, Hostaway, Beds24, Smoobu, OPERA Cloud and more. If you use something else, you can request a custom integration.

In which languages is it available?

The app is translated into 23 languages and is detected automatically from the browser language.

What happens outside opening hours?

You set your business hours. Emergency requests always notify staff, even outside them.

How is guest data protected?

The app is GDPR-ready, with data export and erasure (Articles 15/17).

What does it cost after the free trial?
